Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, giving students deep experiences of their subtle body and techniques to tune into and harmonize their inner flow of life energy.  Mudras, Meditations and Sound Healing Modalities are used to ELEVATE!  As taught in the lineage of Yogi Bhajan, this practice gives seasoned yogis opportunities to refine their personal sadhana (daily discipline) and beginners an excellent holistic introduction to Raja Yoga.

Kundalini Happy Hour

Get your Kundalini Yoga power burst in this midday class that will include warm-ups, Kundalini kriyas, short meditations & possibly a gong sound healing bath to set the tone for your weekend.  Known as the yoga of awareness, this style of yoga uses kriyas:  specific sequences of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), mudras (yogic seals) and chanting to raise the Kundalini energy, increasing one’s vitality and vibrancy.  All levels welcome.
