Your Modern Mystic Medicine prescription may include a Gong Bath, Yoga postures or practices, guided meditation, Kundalini kriya or chanting, and/or a Numerology reading depending on what your current situation may be. Sometimes you simply need a spiritual friend, and Tamara has been that to many, especially supporting folks during intense life transitions.
